As the Executive Producer, I developed the strategy for Skillshare’s lineup of original programming, I led a dedicated team of in-house and contract creatives to launch over 60+ classes each year. We collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to design and produce award-winning classes for a creative audience. Fostering seamless collaboration across teams, I worked closely with partnerships, production, marketing, design, SEO, and curation stakeholders. I refined our workflows and formats to optimize processes and increase the quality and quantity of output.
